Is this even real!?
Thank goodness I wasn't a wife in 1955. 
Poor Jason wouldn't have a chance.

Couple of favorites:
"Remember, his topics of conversation are more important than yours."
"Don't complain if he stays out all night."
"You have no right to question him."

All I have to say is, thank goodness the times have changed.
